Starting Create blog in Blogger
1. First, visit blogger site at www.blogger.com
2. I suppose
you have a Gmail email. Now you can Login to Blogger with your Gmail ID (email)
and Password.
3. Type your Display Name (the name that show in your blog post) and Accepting the Blogger's Temps of Services. Then click Continue
4. Now, you
get your dashboard page, for starting create blog, click Create Your Blog
Now
5. Type Your blog title and your blog address , then click Continue
6. Choose template that you want to use, then click Continue
7. Finish, your blog was created successfully. Click Start Blogging to starting manage your blog
